welcome to the live. The more podcast will re explore going deeper and intimacy with God, finding meaning and satisfaction in our day and making a lasting impact in our world. My name is John Jordan. I'm a father, educator, theologian, disciple, maker and missionary. My wife, Alison, who will be joining us from time to time, is a mom, coach, entrepreneur and my best friend. This podcast is an extension of our website Live the more dot com So anything we discuss here will have resource is you confined on the site and so much of that is free. Our hope for you is this. We believe that Jesus promises us full flourishing lives. Many of us settle for surviving. But what were promises so much more were promised an abundant, thriving life through Jesus. Even in the midst of life's toughest and most difficult circumstances, we hope to share with you practical and insightful discoveries about flourishing in our minds, bodies and souls. And we can't wait to get started on live. The more podcast we will come face to face with all aspects of life and spirituality, from finding your purpose, cultivating intimacy with God, healthy relationships or meaningful work. We're interested in thriving, not just surviving. There's no topic too taboo, and nothing is off limits. But we're just two people trying to make our ways. Disciples of Jesus. So we will lean heavily on our friends and guests, interviewing experts from all walks of life.
